Order Processing

All orders are processed after they are placed. Since our products are made on demand, production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

During peak seasons, product launches, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

At this time, international shipping is not available.
