At Claystate, every product is made specifically for you after an order is placed. Because our products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a defective product
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product arrives with a printing error

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Color variations due to screen settings
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Products that have been washed, worn, or used
  • Minor variations that do not affect the product's quality or functionality

As all items are made to order, we cannot restock returned products.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Attach clear photos showing:
    • The product
    • The issue or defect
    • The packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

Replacement Process

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement orders will be processed and shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they enter production.

Once production has started, cancellations, modifications, or refunds are no longer possible.

Since our products are made on demand, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection made by the customer.
